Liability and Damage
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the rented vehicle caused during the rental by them or any members of their party.
Prohibited Activities
No drug use or smoking is allowed in any of our vehicles. Alcohol use is permitted only inside vehicles equipped with a divider.
Special Beverage Requests:
A $20 service fee will apply for requesting special beverages, in addition to the price of the liquor.
Seating Capacity
Loading the vehicles beyond seating capacity is illegal and unsafe, and we will not be held responsible for any incidents arising from such actions.
Lost Items
We assume no responsibility for articles left in our vehicles by clients or their party.
Delays and Mechanical Failures
We cannot be held responsible for delayed travel time due to weather, traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen mechanical failures.
Excessive Cleanup Charge
An excessive cleanup charge, with a maximum charge of $150, may apply on a case-by-case basis.
Booking and Reservations
All online reservations must be booked in CST (Central Standard Time). Reservations are subject to a guaranteed payment, and your credit card may be charged at the time of booking.
Rescheduling and Guarantees
Rescheduling a reservation less than 2 hours before pick-up may result in the vehicle assignment based on availability, and the reservation may not be guaranteed.
Vehicle Requests
While we will try to honor specific vehicle requests, we do not guarantee Lincoln MKT requests for any event type.
Color and Car Requests
Requests for specific car colors or models (except SUVs) will not be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
Any reservation cancelled in less time than described will result in a full charge. All cancellations must be made over the phone, not via email.
Booking Time Limits
Different service types have different time limits for booking, varying from 2 hours to 2 weeks, depending on the vehicle type and event.
Rates and Fuel Surcharge
Rates do not include gratuity and are subject to change without notice. A 5% fuel surcharge will be added to all rates.
Late Hours and Holiday Surcharge
Late hours fees apply between 11:00 PM and 4:29 AM, and a holiday surcharge of $35 will be added for specific holidays.
Airport Greet and Meet
Airport greet and meet services incur additional fees based on flight types.
Child Seats and Booster Seats
Car seats and booster seats are available for an additional fee of $25 per seat.
Hourly Service and Charter Reservations
Hourly service and charter reservations are subject to a minimum booking time and additional charges for wait time, extra stops, and prom overtime.
Wait Time Charges
Wait time charges apply after the grace period, depending on the vehicle type.
No-show Policy
A no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus 20% gratuity will be charged if the passenger fails to show at the designated location, except for airports where no-show is considered after 30 minutes without contact.
